Blueberries
Blueberries are one of the healthiest fruits for us. Thave been shown to help heart health, protect against cancer, and help maintain bone strength and cholesterol, skin and mental health, and healthful blood pressure. Anthocyanin, a plant compound, gives them their color and many of their health benefits.
Ingredients:
Mix dry ingredients first, then add the rest. Put the mix in the microwave for 1min (if it's not ready you can add more time), and it's done. P.s. If you don't have any plans, which is likely given the fact that you're here, while you eat, you can create a story based on images I edited :).
